[SOLVED] Low end CPU and GPU usage

So I have a question, I have a Gtx 1070 with a i5 9600k. On squad I checked usage and am getting 70% GPU usage and 50% CPU usage. Why isn't it performing like 99% and 90% or something? I should have no bottleneck. Is that normal or something? I want nearly all of my CPU and GPU going into the game, which grants the best fps possible, Like I saw a YouTube video with same specs, dude was like 20-30 more fps than me. How the hell can I fix this? I mean I do get about 70-90 fps Ultra settings on BF5, maybe it is normal, just thought this setup would blow these games out of the water. Its almost the same performance as my 1070 with i5 4690k.

I see you are running DDR4 2133. Is that the actual spec, or do you need to enable XMP in the BIOS?

I enabled XMP a few days ago but it messed it up, was getting BSOD a lot, I'm scared to mess with it, it can go up to 3000mhz

Having the same problem with my RTX 2070 super. Gpu usages in the 40%'s I want to get the maximum amount of frames possible all the time not the minimum needed for sustained smooth gameplay... Lmk if you find a fix

Exactly just played squad gpu and cpu both in the 50s and 60s
