Low file size screen recorder?

hello everyone
can anyone recommend me a good game recorder that gives low file size while maintaining a decent quality?

I tried nvidia shadowplay but my game recorded for 4mins. is 1.5GB

Dude I would recommend using OBS or action and then use Handbrake to further trim down the file size ! I personally use OBS with handbrake and if u want u can checkout the video quality here -

i tried using shadowplay then handbrake it but it seems the fps drops and quality a bit
