Yep, your CPU is under utilized a lot. Looks like your bios its wrongly configured...

And, remember to set the ram in the right slots too, that will double their frequency.

1) Some other benchmarks include Hidden Valley and Cinebench.
2) Your score is kinda expected if you're running the test of both CPU and GPU, as Bulldozer-based CPUs are weaker in single-threaded tasks than i5, and FireStrike is a gaming benchmark, which doesn't utilize 8 cores.

the cpu clock is still the same while playing a game.1399.92 MHz (7 * 199.99 MHz).

Either you missplaced your memory modules or your motherboard is doing really weird things....

(the memory modules should be in the 1rst and 3rd slots (or in the 2nd and 4rd))

Still, you need to check if the processor goes up during the test (look in CPU-Z to the multiplier to see if it go above x7, if not, your bios is probably wrongly configured...).

Should i update my bios?

I ended having to reconfig the bios, and change the voltage, and now it is where it should be, nice score btw, and here is my CPU-Z stats. http://valid.x86.fr/2d3g2k
