Low FPS 1050 ti SSC EVGA 4GB

CPU:AMD FX-6100

Motherboard:ASRock 985GM-GS3 FX (CPUSocket)

GPU:4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (EVGA)

RAM:HyperX 4GBx2(8GB)


Please help, somehow i've got 50-60fps in whitcher 3 on almsot everything ultra .. but in some other games like Rainbow Six Siege,i got 70fps on very low graphics and sudenly FPS drop to 17-20 ...
I write to nvidia but they tell me to try a few things but , nothing change at all.

monitor your cpu usage during the game.sounds like a bottleneck
