I have recently upgraded my graphics card to an evga gtx 1050ti hoping to achieve better fps (primarily in pubg) after upgrading i only got a few fps better (playing on all very low settings i can achieve approx 20-40total fps 40 max in PUBG)
I dont know where my bottleneck is that is capping my fps out so low; would love suggestions on either ways to increase or what components are truly lacking.

This is a link to my parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cp4nGG

any insight would be very helpful! thanks

Yep, you need a platform upgrade to something more modern and powerful. By a platform upgrade, I mean a CPU+Motherboard+RAM upgrade. You either choose Ryzen or Intel's 8th generation processors, they are the most modern and should give immensely better performance.
