Low FPS Battlefield 3 GTX 970 i5 4590

Hello guys i need help so yesterday i finally finished downloading Battlefield 3 so when i tried playing this morning I let Nvidia geforce optimized it for me. But i get really low fps around 40 and I've seen people on YouTube with the same specs get well over 100fps is there something wrong?

GPU: GTX Gigabyte G1 970
HDD: WD 1TB Blue
Case: NZXT Phantom 410
PSU: XFX XTR 550w 80 plus Gold
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Yes also downloading a new driver right now its 355.98 whihc was released yesterday i hope it fixes it

My GPU is 40c and my cores are in the 40c aswell

Try downloading something like msi afterburner to monitor gpu usage in game.

I did it my GPU uses 40% and my cores are 30-50%

Its fixed now, apparently i had to reset my PC and everything started to work which was weird. My fps was set to 60fps everything on Ultra Settings and my CPU cores were all in the 70-85%
