So recently i build a pc with:
2x8gb ram 3200mhz
ryzen 5 1600
rx 480 8gb

and i cant get it to work on normal fps.

I have a few bios pictures maybe someone can help me with that since it says that the current ddr speed is only 2133

i updated bios already and i enabled a-xmp to 3200mhz
Everything gets normal temps and normal usage but i think something is wrong with the RAM

Solution
So ryzen has some issues with memory, and if it's not a specific manufacturer of the memory modules (figured out by look at the CL of the memory with the speed) it will have problems running at speeds above 2933 on ryzen boards.

So, technically, everything is working "as expected" for you.

I tried to fix the problem for a few hours but nothing worked.

Apparently my OC settings wont get taken over.
I tried raising it to 2400 and that worked but when i go higher it fails.
Everytime it fails my pc turns on and off for a few times.
When i tried to go back to 2400 it failed again.
My DDR Voltage is 1.35 so i think thats not the problem either.

I have a B350 PCMATE MSI MB so i'm not sure if it does and i updated the bios which i stated in the text.
In the end i managed to get it up to 2933mhz through Ryzen Master because my bios didnt accept any changes.
Still not on the 3200mhz i want
