Low FPS but Good System

Hello everybody thank you for clicking on my post hope you can help me.

So i have this problem with my FPS in CSGO
I only get 150-250 FPS sometimes lower. I know its very good and i shouldn't complain.
But my friend get's almost two times more than me and he have the same system as me except his CPU and the Ram

My system:

CPU - Intel Core I5 6600k 3.5ghz
GPU - Asus Strix gtx 1070 OC 8gb
Motherboard - Asus z170-p
Ram - 16gb DDR4 2666Mhz
Cooler - Air Cooler (Not stock)

My Friends system:

CPU - Intel Core I5 7600k 3.8ghz
GPU- Asus Strix gtx 1070 OC 8gb
Ram - 16bg DDR4 3000Mhz
Motherboard - Asus z270-p
Cooler - Air Cooler (Not stock)


I just wan't to know how he can get so much more FPS then when we almost have the same System. I tried updating my GPU Drivers. Didn't help 🙁. My graphics are on The highest and when a turn them down to the lowest there is no difference. I have no problem playing with 150-250 fps until a few days ago when i played on a FFA(Free for all) server to warmup. I have some FPS drops. I got from 150-100 down to 80-50 a few seconds and then up again to 150-100 fps. I have tried many things to fix my fps but non of them helped with my problem.

What should i do??

Have you overclocked? Maybe he did, and the kaby lakes supposedly overclock better than the sky lakes.
