Low FPS CSGO

Ok I need help getting FPS up on CSGO
I know my pc isn't the best but I would expect yo have more than 28-30 FPS

Pc specs:
Win 10 64 bit up to date
I5 3450 3.10GHZ
12 GB RAM
GT710 2GB VIDEO CARD UP TO DATE WITH LASTES DRIVER (DRIVER UPDATE CAME OUT THIS WEEK FOR MY GPU)

All specs seem fine except your graphics card that could be the reason for low fps. I will recommend you to get yourself a mid-high-end GPU to get a playable gameplay.
