Low FPS dualmonitor

I have a dual-monitor setup one screen at 144HZ the other at 60Hz, both works great until I try to use fullscreen for streaming youtube video's or watching twitch, netflix etc, etc. Then the second monitor goes down to below 10 fps. all my drivers are updated, my hardware shouldn't be a problem since I have an i5 6600k, 1070 graphicscard and 32GB of ram. What could be the problem?

Using DVI for the 144Hz and HDMI 2.0 for the 60Hz, my temps are at around 30-40, except the cpu which is at 50-55.

Wrong. HDMI 2.0 does work with 1080p @ 144Hz, but he got to make sure its a HDMI 2.0 cable
