Question Low FPS feels weird [ 140-130-120...] / Dell Alienware aw2518h

Hi guys so my problem is when my fps drops to 140-130-120... or lower from 200-240fps it feels a bit weird its still smooth no stutter or lag but it dont feels like the high fps i have. Im using G-sync + V-sync (Nvidia CP ), not using RTSS because my fps never hits over 240

shouldnt gsync give me the smoothes gameplay even my fps drops? and if so how can i fix this problem
the game that i have the problem is Rainbow six siege

240Hz - 1080p
Rtx 2070
Ryzen 2700x
32 gigs 3200mhz

Update: Happens in Apex legends too, trying to change v-sync off on doesnt works
