Question low fps high end laptop

Hello, hopefully some of you could help me out, my laptop has a gtx 1050, I7 proccesor and 16gb ram
my drivers are up to date and in the nvidea control pannel my gpu is seleted as dedecated gpu and not integradted gpu
my laptop stand on a flat surface

zhenever i start a game its at 60-70 fps but 20 seconds later it drops too 15-25 fps and wont go back up, i have this problem with every game.

Even if drivers are up-to-date, sometimes they may cause problems so check for a hotfix provided by Nvidia GeForce....maybe cooling issues too

I remember reading about someone that had that same problem and he found they had put too much thermal paste on the CPU/GPU causing overheating and throttling and his fix was to take it apart and redo the thermal paste with some kind called "liquid metal" He also cleaned the fan and heatsink.
