Try this step by step (read till end):
  • Disconnect from internet
  • Uninstall gpu driver DDU (clean and do not restart).
  • Uninstall all the processors and the chipset in control panel on device manager (should be 4 on yours, also when it asks for restart, click on no) like this:

  • Restart the pc to bios, and update to the latest bios. Then go to bios again after update and load default or optimized settings, then save and exit

  • boot up to windows and install the latest Chipset driver, reboot and go to power plan, choose amd ryzen balanced power plan, and connect to internet.

  • Install the latest radeon (whql) driver.

*do this all offline until reboot after installing chipset driver, also you may reboot to bios after all of this to set the XMP (and previous settings you did) and make sure ram is on slot 2 and 4 if you use 2 sticks. Download needed files (highlighted word) before doing step 1, do the step by orders.

  • And check windows update if there is any and install them (except chipset in optional update).
Make sure the psu connected to the gpu is 1 pcie cable per 1 slot (use main cable, not the branches/split) like this:

i tried installing new chipset and whql 25sep driver still no change
but old version of csgo works fine with +200 fps and low var less than 3 but latest version is like 100fps and var is high like 2-6 and when i move mouse it goes up 10

tried to put csgo at high priority?
yes i run both csgo version with exact same launch option in high priority
-novid -nojoy -high -freq 144 -tickrate 128
also tried reinstalling windows and lot of other options but no changes
CPU temp is 66° and GPU 55°
The only difference between the versions is that I run the old version without Steam/Steam overlay

try to open cmd as admin and do:

defrag C: /d /u /v after that defrag C: /o /u /v
then do the same on other partition.

then do chkdsk /x /f /r and after it finished do sfc /scannow. after it tells you to reboot, go to bios before going to windows, then try to disable HPET or High Precision Event Timer (find it on the bios settings), and then save and exit. and wait till sfc is doing it tasks.

tried this too but nothing has changed both versions of the game are on the same drive so if there is a problem with the drives or windows sf it will affect both of them.
I think there is a problem with csgo or steam, non-steam game runs perfectly fine, like the old version of csgo that i run without steam.

should be a csgo issues since my friend experience fps drops and micro stuttering too (just played w friends, one of them using 2200g too with igpu only)
