Low FPS in BF1 With GTX1060 6GB

Hi everyone, I have low FPS problems with Battlefield 1. I'm simply trying to play BF1 on ultra settings at 1080p 60hz. I'm getting between 40-60 FPS. I know I should be getting more, i've been checking my temps, usage, etc.Its not in the picture but my CPU temperature is like 40 degrees. Everything looks good that way, unless i'm missing something. I've attached a screenshot of the situation. If anyone can help it would be great, I am out of ideas.

I am getting better FPS in Playerunknown Battlegrounds even, and that's poorly optimized.


My specs are below:

ASUS GTX 1060 6GB
I5 3570K @ 4.3ghz
16GB 1600 RAM
Installed on SSD

Be sure you are using DX11 and not DX12. I noticed DX12 would only run my GPU at around 80% usage while DX11 runs at 99% usage.

Put motion blur to 0
Turn Vsync off
SSD is only going to make a faster load time nothing for your FPS
Scaling to 42%

To be honest that looks about right given how my 4670k performs with an OC of 4.3. I only just average 60fps with dips down to 45, you have a lower IPC cpu so feels about right.
