I get average around ~180fps on all low settings (min: 120 max: 330) which i think its low.I think i should get stable ~250 fps.Yes i know csgo is good on CPUs with more cores and threads but still i've compared with benchmarks on YouTube with same configuration. When im deathmatching (where is around 20 players on server) my fps sometimes even get low to 70-80 fps.

Solution
I'd say that's about right for an i3 6100, my brother with an FX8320 4ghz and a GTX760 gets low 100s on a mix with high and medium. Honestly, if you want more fps in CS than what you get now, you will probably need a higher clocked Skylake or Kabe lake CPU, preferably unlocked so you can push it even further, although would it be worth it, I don't really think so personally.

Thank you for answer. Can i overclock my i3 with some good cooling?I've heard and seen tutorials on YT where they say you can still overclock Skylake CPUs?

You won't be able to overclock on an h110 chipset, it will have to be a z170 or z1270, and you can't overclock an i3 6100 unless it's on an older z170 board that has old bios. The only i3 that can be overclocked is a i3-7350K, the K at the end means you can overclock, no K means your pretty much stock at its default clocks.
