Low fps in CSGO with a good computer

I have an i5 4690 and a gtx 1050 ti and my csgo used to play at around 400fps on high settings, I haven't played csgo in over a month and when I started my game up on high aettings it runs at 20 fps and on low settings the highest is 45 fps. Any help?

I've updated my GPU drivers. cpu usage is around 10-15% and I'm not sure how to check temps

(assuming its a custom) Did the motherboard come with a cd with drivers? there should be one that shows all the temps, fanspeeds, etc.

No it didn't, but my fps was fine about a month ago, I feel like it has something to do with creator's update
