[SOLVED] Low FPS in Elden Ring

I am getting low frames in games like Elden Ring, 22-24 FPS. I am playing at 2560x1440p, with the graphics settings set to low.

All drivers are up to date.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
GPU: EVGA RTX 3080
Memory: Silicon Power DDR4 32GB (16GBx2) 3200MHz
PS: Cooler Master G800 Gold 800w
Mobo: asrock b450m pro4 (Updated to the latest BIOS)

CPU utilization 29%
GPU utilization 90%

In game CPU temp after 10 min: 75 Celsius
In game GPU temp after 10 min: 33 Celsius

Power plan is set to high performance


What should I be looking at?

This might be why I haven't had stuttering issues with the game. I've had Ansel disabled for Hunt Showdown for years.

I don't know how reliable UserBenchmark is, but the only standout item seems to be the GPU
