Question Low FPS in Escape From Tarkov after upgrading to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU ?

I am getting even less FPS than with my previous i5-12600KF CPU. I might have a bottleneck, but it can't be that bad, right? I reinstalled Windows, did a BIOS update, installed chipset drivers, none of it worked.

On other games everything is fine. Any suggestions what could be the problem and what should I try to do to fix it? (EXPO is on). CPU usage is around 30% and GPU 40%.
I am getting 50-60 FPS.

Did you do a fresh install, from scratch, on your Windows installation, using the latest version from Microsoft? What are your CPU and GPU temps like? Did you do a CMOS reset after the bios update?

I did a fresh install of windows, temps: CPU +-70 GPU +-65, I didnt do CMOS reset should I?

I would do a CMOS reset, then renable EXPO. I have had boards that would not work properly without doing a CMOS reset after a bios update.
