Discussion Low fps in games after CPU upgrade

I was using an i3 8100 in a MSI Z370 sli plus. I got a cheap deal for an i3 9350kf. Every thing looks good in benchmark, temperature is fine, no sign of throttling. My rx 6500xt looks fine as well.

Adata 750 watt psu
16 gb ddr4 ram @3200mhz
