Low Fps in games with decent config

I have problem with fps on my pc.. I have 130 barely on LOL and 90 on fornite with these specs/

CPU- AMD FX 9590 8 cores
GPU- Sapphire nitro rx 8gb
Ram- 2x4 corsair 1333 mhz + 8gb 1866 mhz
MBO- GA-990FXA-UD3
PSU-i think its naxn 500W new psu
Cooler- i upgraded it like 2 weeks ago
And i forgot to mention that when i first upgraded Gpu i had 120 consistent in every fight and all then my pc started shutting down and i upgraded cooler .. Shutting stopped but my fps wasnt the same.

My friend has fx 8350 some 1GB graphic card and gets 250 fps in lol ..
I dont get it.. All Specs are new.I tried Preformance Test and everything works fine.
And all drivers are new installed.

It all depends on graphics settings. It could differ!

Dont worry, your FPS is fine.

Not a major difference but you RAM will be running single channel having 3 sticks, I'd sell them all and just go for either 2x4Gb @ 1866mhz or 2x8Gb @ 1866Mhz

Yea i tried removig 2x4gb 1600 mhz and ran games with only 8gb 1866 and from 120 fps on lol i got to 340 fps but on fortnite it lowered my fps.. So do you think if i buy dual channel 1866 Mhz fps will increase in fortnite?

It should do but don't expect massive gains. At the moment your running 16Gb @ 1333Mhz single channel, so 16Gb @ 1866Mhz dual should be an improvement.

Get two of the same 8GB sticks and test again. If the stutter still occurs, let me know.

I just dont want it to look laggy. I havr around 100 fps but it looks like i play with 50 fps.

Look at the screen refresh rate ingame options.
