low fps in games

16gb of ram
750 watt power supply

i have started getting getting low fps in games i have factory reset my computer and my temps look fine please help.

What games? What fps at what resolution? What does poor fps mean?

What's your CPU and gpu usage in game?

im play 1080p ultra on overwatch bf1 and it seems that i am getting 50 to 60 and u used to get more

i also get around 150 to 220 in csgo and i used to get up to 400
