Low fps in games

I bought an amd sapphire rx 580 8gb and i get an average of 75-80 fps on start and 60 average in play mode which is weird, it once went to 35 fps but never again, i read alot on google and many people have a similiar or same problem but im not sure if it is mine
I have : sapphire rx 580 8 gb
Ryzen 5 1500 x
16 gb ram
Asrock ab350m motherboard.
Any help?
I had the same stats with my old gpu which was an sapphire rx 460 (almost the same).

Make sure all software is updated.
Have a rummage through AMD settings tyo make sure there arent any fps limiters on. also check in game.

Checked, fps still around 60-70 , did a check on some internet site that checks the strenght of my components and they rated my gpu green and my cpu orange (in the 27th percentile) but i still dont get my gpu to work better than my old one

Im not familiar with lol, but have you tried any other games?

Have you done a clean install of the driver with ddu?

I have done a clean instal of driver with ddu, and i checked pubg fpw and it was on start around 40-45 on high settings (saw a video on youtube of some dude with same cpu and gpu having 60-90 on low custom settings) so im not sure if that helps
