Sell your laptop and buy a gaming pc. Like I said, buy i5 2500, a ddr3 8gb ram and RX 550 gpu. Pair it with a lga 1155 motherboard, decent psu, cheap pc case and hdd u should spend around US $400 for the pc since it is a budget pc.

League of Legends on 30 fps? For sure that laptop won't handle heavy triple A title like GTA 5. You need 8gb ram, a decent graphics card like AMD RX 550 and an intel i5 2500 to play GTA 5 smoothly. That laptop could possibly for office use or light gaming.

What shall I do is there something I can just make it better ?

Since you just got it, can you return it?

Not really, it's an entry-level laptop for a very basic workload, the CPU being slower than even most of the Core2 Duo CPUs from 10 years ago and the lightest variation of AMD's integrated GPU at the time. This is a basic, productivity laptop and there's nothing wrong with that, but it's not really appropriate for much gaming. There's no "fix" for this, it's simply a question of returning it -- if you can -- and getting something that more fits your needs.
