Low fps on CS:GO with good pc

I used to be getting around 300fps+ on CSGO with these specs. i5 6500, GTX 960 4GB, Crucial Ballistx Tactical DDR4 8gb and a Gigabyte H270 Gaming 3 motherboard. I've lowered my settings to the lowest but on 1920x1080p. I didn't have this problem a month ago. I'm currently getting around 100-150. Any help?

My CPU temp stays at around 30c-40c when playing. My GPU stays at around 41c.

Yea it's plugged into the GPU. I saw a post that i should update my bios. I did it and no change. I was on version F2 and went to F6.

It happened to me once something similar.
I fixed it by disabling steam ingame, I don't know why it happened and why it worked, but it did.
Also, if you want to play competitively but don't want to lose the good graphics, disable AA, ambient occlusion and post-processing, your game will still look good and you get much more FPS

TBH, I don't care about comp. I'm trash. I'm ranked Silver I.

Even if you don't care about comp, those filters (in my opinion) have almost no impact in the game visual, so I always turn them off, I'm playing in a GTX 960 and I'm getting 140 FPS with everything else in Ultra, so you should try turning them off just to see the result
