low fps on cs go with rx 470? (MSI)

Please help me I`m having average 120 fps on CS:GO with i3-4170 3.7 ghz, msi rx 470 4gb , 8gb ram 1x8 , and im running on 768p monitor right now.

You can get more fps by turning down the settings on cs:go or if you want to stay max settings get a better computer so you can run it better.

Your GPU is probably being bottle necked by that CPU.
As OfficialJJTech said, you MAY get more fps, but you may also get less. Reducing settings puts more of a load on your CPU, which isn't very good. Max settings sort of shares the load between the CPU and GPU.
My i5 6600k and 1060 3gb give me 400 fps on max settings, but only 200 on low.

Actually seeing a lot of these posts lately.
In particular, pertaining to CSGO.
Steam patched it recently and added an option "headphones with HTRF", which slows things down.

Fixed it. I went to Audio Settings and Audio Output Configuration i changed it from 5.1 surround sound to stereo headphones. Having 150-200 fps.
