Low fps on csgo

Hey there..I am having serious problems with fps...my specs are ..gtx 650 ti ..q6600 and 4gb ram...i played at low setting ...all low and at 1280*720p but i only get like 20-30 fps in csgo ....i have installed latest driver

did you turn on multicore rendering? enabled it.
and try to reinstalling the game.

Yes i have enabled multicore rendering ...and how will reinstalling game help......?

Try this one. maybe because of 650Ti doesn't support dx 11, and you should change it to dx9 (?). maybe, Good Luck!

What if i reboot the pc....and only installing required software ....will that help?
