Question Low fps on every game

So I am quite new to computer gaming and I decided to build one and see how it goes but now that I have one and that it's built I get low fps on every game I play, usually around 1-5 fps and I'm not quite sure what I need to do to fix that issue

Case - thermal take versa h15

Cpu - ryzen 5 2400g (with Vega 11 integrated graphics)

Motherboard - b450m msi gaming plus

Ram - viper 4 3000 MHz 16 gb ddr4

Power supply - Corsair cx450m

I was late to reply, sorry

After installation of drivers i was not privy to (again new to computers but i have been learning a lot more since then) my pc then started working properly at the expected performance level if not better
