Question LOW FPS ON GAMES?

PC1 Specs before:
GPU: MSI 1050Ti
RAM: 8GB
PROCESSOR: i5-2nd Gen

PC2 Specs before:
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
RAM: 8GB
PROCESSOR: AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon HD Graphics card

So what I did was swap the GPU cuz pc1 has burnt ram slot (1). And added 1 8GB ram with same hz on PC2. So the specs gonna be this now.

PC1 Specs before:
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
RAM: 8GB
PROCESSOR: i5-2nd Gen. Windows 10 x64(OS)

PC2 Specs before:
GPU: MSI 1050ti
RAM: 16GB
PROCESSOR: AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon HD Graphics card. Windows 10 x64(OS)

So my problem is that my games on pc2 are running on low fps. Havent checked other games but on CSGO: 40-90fps
Before swap: 130+fps
Same goes for pc 1 but a bit higher fps

I have installed all drivers needed both gpu and processor
It does not have high temps.

Any thoughts?

I would try removing the new stick of 8GB RAM, and seeing how the FPS is. I can't think of why anything else would have an effect on the FPS.

I did try removing. Same thing. I've searched about it and they say that cpu like mine would bottleneck to a 1050ti causing low fps. Thoughts?

Any chance you didn't uninstall the graphics drivers you had (like with DDU) and just left them as they were when you changed the GPUs around?
