I have just bought a new video card for my pc and now i am keeping money for a new processor. But the problem is that the video card has low fps on games like LoL or Overwatch I cant even play assasins creed syndicate without lag and i dont know why.In LoL I start with 250 fps and then they drop to smtng like 100 and in teamfights to something like 40 fps.Why does this happen and how can i fix it?
Here the dxdiag:

Solution
League is a very CPU intensive game. Drop a few settings until you can get a new CPU. The GPU usage will be at like 10-20% in league it hardly even uses it.

wow just wow
cpu usage while in game is maximum 45% and gpu 35% seriously i checked the cpu temp and usage before asking

Okay then, smart guy... did you check per core usage or overall CPU usage?... because as you (should) know, league only uses a core or two for most of its work, unless you manually go into it every time and set the affinity...

P.S. it's generally not a great idea to be rude to people trying to help you. I learned that the hard way.

Yeah the first and the second are like 80-90%.I appologize bcs You are right anyway i have just bought a ryzen , was it a good idea bcs i see Intel has better performance per thread except an Intel for the same money isn't unlocked?

Depends on the chip. You won't need more than 4 cores, since most games won't use more than that. For league, WoW, Overwatch, etc. you want the fastest per-core speeds you can get since they are mostly not optimized for use of more than 1-2 cores, (I'm not actually sure about Overwatch I just threw it in there because its a Blizzard game as well). But Intel i7's will generally be better than most AMD CPU's. The 7700k is still the best gaming CPU there is because it has 4 cores with hyper-threading, so you get 4 real cores and 4 synthetic cores, as well as really fast per-core speeds. The 7700K (about $330) will still outperform the Ryzen 1800X (about $550) in the vast majority of games because the vast majority of games are not optimized for more than 4 cores, if even that, and the clock speeds aren't up to par with the Intel i7 line.

So it just depends, but you want the fastest per-core speeds you can get, and those are generally found in the Intel i7 line. And yes unlocked will help a lot in games like league and WoW. I overclocked my 6700k to 4.6GHz (up from 4.0) and got about 20 more fps in zones where it was hard to creep over 60. (and I have a 1080 Ti)

The difference between unlocked and locked is the ability to be overclocked, which you would need a zXXX board to do anyway, which are a little bit pricier. Also the unlocked CPU's come with a cooler, and the unlocked do not. So you are paying quite a bit more for the ability to overclock, but in some cases, like yours probably, you can get significantly more performance out of it by doing so. I don't know your budget but you would need to buy a new OS if you wanted to go that route (since it is an OEM, it is tied to the MB, changing the MB would disable your OS), so it would be best to stay with your current system, assuming you do not need to change the motherboard for the new CPU.
