Low FPS on Guild Wars 2

My computer usually runs guild wars at 60 fps but lately on lowest settings runs at 20 and lower when set higher. planet side 2 also runs with low fps lately. I cleaned out my pc for dust but nothings working.

Could be outdated Radeon drivers. Could be outdated bios. Could just be a HDD bogged down with a bunch of useless data.
The first two are definitely worth checking out first. Then go to the control panel and remove all of software you don't use (you'd be surprised sometimes what's still sitting there). And do a disk clean up. I also recommend Spybot Search and Destroy for cleaning up a system. BONUS: Its Free!
