Running the new MGS ground zeroes (PC) on
AMD FX-8350
MSI 970 OC'ed
AsRock Extreme4 970 mobo
8GB RAM

I have the game set to maximum graphic settings (1920 x 1080) and it's running at 40-45 fps dipping down to 30. Looked at benchmarks on YouTube and everyone is running it at 60 FPS at pretty much the same spec. Any ideas how I can get this fixed? Even Nvidia experience is recommending max settings

Nvidia Driver version: 344.75 (Says it's up to date on GeForce Experience).

I was having the same problem but the beta drivers helped me out a lot. I'm at a constant 60 with drops to 50 but still others are at a CONSTANT 60. The PS4 version even ran flat out 60 fps which I wasn't expecting so surely this kind of hardware shouldn't have any issue?

I'm using a MSI 970 too. I tried overclocking last night and Ground Zeroes was the only game that didn't see any improvement at all. I've seen a few other people mentioning problems with the 970. I'm wondering whether beta drivers will actually improve performance even more when they're officially released.

I'd still like to get the game running at a solid 60 fps on ultra. I like the PS4 performance and what's the point in playing with extra high graphics if it isn't as smooth? I don't want to risk drops <50 when playing Phantom Pain so am considering getting it for PS4. Hopefully we find a solution.

Something that helped me was disabling vsync and turning on triple buffering in NVIDIA control panel after updating to beta drivers.
