Question Low FPS on Warzone on High end PC since last week (RTX 3080 + R7 3700x)

I recently bought a new PC for Streaming Call of Duty Warzone and everything worked perfectly until last week. My frames started to drop and everything didn't feel that smooth anymore.

I even had below 100 FPS in some parts, for example in downtown on top and in Superstore. I've always had at least 110/120+ frames at the same positions (could be more). It is not caused by in-game settings, since everything is on low to get maximum performance.

Somebody knows what could cause it? Or what I have to check? Any advise is appreciated.

Mate, I hate to tell you this but there is something more wrong with your PC than you think, back when Warzone was popular I had owned a i7-6700 (non K) and a GTX 1070 FE and I literally had no problem getting buttery smooth frame rates on a 4k monitor. Perhaps reinstall your GPU drivers? Are you do for a bios update soon?

Well, it is running smooth. But I feel like it was smoother weeks ago. And the FPS seems to average at around 110/120, I would expect way better frames looking at the specs.

I wouldn't, Warzone is one of the most demanding games out right now it is up there with Cyberpunk. Perhaps a 3090 and better cooling could push you to that comfy FPS spot you want but until then I would just be happy with what you have. I recently got a 3090 and I am pushing around 144 (capped at 144) on a 4k monitor.

So why does the guy in the video has average of 145FPS with same GPU + CPU like me. I am very curious.

I believe they just started the new season so had some updates.
Sometimes it's just the game and not your hardware.

You can't judge what you should get by a video their no telling the amount of updates or patches since the video was made.
