Question LOW FPS PROBLEM

sir plz reply i buy gtx1660ti zotac gpu i play GTA 5., WATCH DOG 2 , etc . gpu performace is very low it give 40 to 45 fps only
on 1080p setting
when i play games like gta 5 etc . my cpu usage 98% & my gpu use 99%
my pc spec
i5 4440 .3.10 mhz processor
corsair ram 8gb ddr3
corsair PSU 550 watt
motherboard - gygabyte H97M-D3H
sir plz tell me how to solve this problem 😢 🤔

It's clearly bottlenecking. Your gpu is being bottlenecked by your cpu. Your cpu is too weak for this graphics card. Your card is powerful but your processor is not powerful enough to maintain a good frame rate. You just need to change your cpu buy an i7 8700k or i7 7700k it will be a perfect match for your gpu and then you will get 100+ fps in GTA 5, watch dogs etc etc. You are using latest gpu with old cpu that's why it's happening these are called compatibility issues before buying any hardware just check it's compatibility so that there will be no bottlenecking.

but sir my cpu usage and gpu usage is 98% & 99% approx then why you say its bottlenecking
