Question low fps rx6600

hi, i just upgraded 24inch to 27inch monitor (benq 240hz) and gpu upgrade from gtx1650s to amd rx6600 but getting lower fps, will a 27inch monitor should not lower csgo fps that lower by half, any fix?

all temp normal 50deg max ,gpu usage 75% according to hw monitor , power plan bitsum high, xmp enable
csgo benchmark getting avg 250 with rx6600 , longtime getting was 350 fps

Did you run DDU to wipe out the old Nvidia drivers, then install the latest drivers, from AMD?
