I'm currently having issues with my FPS in games. When I tab out of it, the game seems to run smoothly and my FPS also goes up in the game (I'm using a second monitor to monitor this), but when I tab back into the game it drops my FPS back down. This just started to happen recently. Event Viewer doesn't say anything is wrong with the Graphics card as well. I am opening Dota 2 and Counter Strike: Global Offensive to test the FPS.
Things I've tried:
Reinstalling my Graphics card driver
Installing a previous version of the Graphics card driver
Uninstalling the game off of my hard drive and reinstalling it onto a different one
Reseating the Graphics Card

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB (x3)
Western Digital Black 7200rpm 1TB
Western Digital Black 7200rpm 5TB
