Low fps while recording

So guys i have huge problem . Problem is that when i play game like csgo i get around 250-350 fps but when i record with fraps i get like 60-70 and its stuttering i can se drops. Same in minecraft when i play it normal 150-450 fps i depend on resource pack . And then when i record 50-60 not more even some times it lock it on 40. Setup: CPU amd phenom ll x4 b45 3,3ghz Ram: 8gb ddr3
GPU: MSi radeon r7 260 OC
I know that pc is not best but i thing that i shoud not have that huge fps drops

you should follow this setup guide. the most important thing are the Bitrate(vid and audio), fps, and reolution. and if you want to stream, the speed on your internet is important.

when recording, it depends on the quality on the record. The better quality, the more process power it needs.
I have never used fraps,so I dont know if you can change setings on it.
I use Shadowplay for and OBS for recording/streaming

I have a Phenom II x6 2.8 and 8 gb ram, Zotac GTX 970. I had fps drops when using OBS, with wrong settings. I adjust it and can play on full settings on csgo and I record in lower resolution on 30fps. If I want to record in better quality, I need to double or triple my ram
 
So can you tell me a good settings for OBS i downloaded it , but didnt use it yet . So if you can give me some tips i would be thanksful sry if my english is bad ! 😀 @Lakken
