Low FPS with a GTX 1050ti

i am getting around 30 - 40 fps when i play dota. at first it start with 80+ fps. i dont know why it dropped while the game progress
and the same happen while playing player unknown battleground. i get a steady 30 fps

Specs:
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-9370 Eight-Core Processor 8 CPUs 4.4 GHz
Memory: 16GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050ti

Don't use afterburner for it. Use AMD overdrive for the CPU temps.


Also what Board do you have very few actually support that CPU I mean very few it could the the vrms on the motherboard overheating and causing the CPU to slow down to keep from melting.


i have alr had the latest update for my GPU and no other things running while playing the games and i routinely scan my PC for virus
 


monitor cpu temps while playing, msi afterburner is good for this turn the option on in the OSD


the 9370 are notorious for temp throttling, only very few motherboards can actually handle them

 

My GPU temp is around 50 to 60 C while playing
is it normal?
