Low FPS With Asus ROG R9 209x Matrix Platinum

Hi guys i have some problems here with the gta v. I thy any setting possible if the game its on low setting or high setting i get the same fps

I have a monitor who show me how much i use the cpu, gpu, ram, temp, fans, etc..
when i play gta v the cpu is at 70 80 % sys ram at 6200 mb, now here i see something strange, when i look somewhere close like a building my gpu its 100% load and i get high fps with the v-sync off somewhere at 160 fps and if i look farr like a mountain the gpu its at 10% 15% sometime at 0% and i get 30 35 fps

I don't know where it's the problem

This is my system

MSI gaming Mainboard 970
AMD FX 6100 OC (Turbo core at 3.9 Ghz)
Asus ROG AMD R9 290x Matrix Platinum
Kingston Hyper Fury 120 gb SSD
WD 2 TB HDD
8 Gb Ram

Turn off and scale down everything in the Advanced Graphics settings, they kill performance and are largely to do with draw distances, seems consistent with your issue.

Thanks man now i get 46 - 60 fps on ultra settings that works and i think the rest of my problem is the cpu because it's not that good for the game requirement
