Hi guys. Sorry for my english.
I changed the card from the GeForce 9600 GT to ASUS HD 5770. HD 5770 is definetely better but i have less fps! Especially in DOTA 2 i had 40 fps in clashes and now i had 25!
My pc:
Pentium Dual Core E6500 2x2,93
3GB RAM DDR2
Help pls!

Tricky!
Have you tried a basic benchmark test like passmark performance test to see if you are getting expected benchmark values?

If your new card has more VRAM, perhaps you are running low on system RAM while you play? What does your memory use look like in games?

I would try the passmark benchmark suite: If your 5770 is functioning normally, it should score 1700-1800.

The issue could really be with your memory. Since you only have 3GB, a significant chunk of that is being used for sending data to and from your GPU. Your newer gpu with more RAM could be taking up more RAM and causing disk page hits which will slow performance.

The only other thing I can think of if passmark gives a normal result is to return to my original suggestion that your new drivers are not processing your settings in the same way and that the lower FPS are a result of using more demanding settings

The problem was PSU. Not enough amperes on +12v rail.
But ty for answers!
