Question Low Fps With RX-560 please help im suffering

I'm getting low fps on every single game.
I cleaned my Gpu,Pc case, everything
Drivers up to date even tried Gpu driver reinstalling
Gpu: RX560
Cpu: i5-6500 3.20 gHz
16GB Ram
Motherboard: Prime H270M-Plus

I barely get 50 - 60 fps with theese setting:

(In Game's settings 1405/4069 mb are being used)
its ok for this game but in Apex i have to set my resolution to 1366-768 with all set to lowest.
Dont you all think my pc should be able to get good fps on apex with high settings orsomething is wrong?

IMO the RX560 2G would probably barely get 40fps at high settings on Apex.
So it depends on what kind of games you're trying to play.
The RX560 is ultimately a budget entry level gaming GPU.
