Low fps with ryzen 3 2200 and GTX 1050ti

Recently built a new pc on a tight budget and I don't think it's running to it's full ability. I have updated drivers for my motherboard and graphic card and can't find any fixes. Tried running resident evil 6 benchmark on low settings and got 30-41 fps. I should be getting much better.

PC specs are

GTX 1050 ti
Ryzen 3 2200
ASRock A320m-HDV
G.Skill Ripjaws V 8gb (2x4gb)
Corsair VS450 PSU

If someone could help that would be amazing as I bought these parts expecting a much better performance

Is your CPU Ryzen 3 1200 or 2200G? Is it possible that your monitor is plugged into the motherboard, instead of the 1050 Ti itself?

Yes i've plugged it in and installed the drivers. i'm playing at 1080p not sure what the problem is

You could playing on the integrated graphics card, make sure it is plugged into your gpu and not your motherboard on the back using whatever cable, hdmi etc.
