[SOLVED] Low fps with ryzen 7 1800x and Rtx 2070 super

I have brand new 2070 Super and ryzen 7 1800x but in BF 5 and gta 5 i have 45-60 fps and the GPU usage is never higher than 40-50%, help me please, whta can be the problem?

Is your RAM operating in dual channel mode? What speed RAM do you have?

2666 right now but its not the maximum, i tried to speed it upo to 3200 but my pc dont starting on this settings, its probebly in single channel mode

Make sure RAM is installed in the correct slots and then enable XMP/D.O.C.P in the BIOS.

I put it correct right now and i think its helped, thank u so much i was f**ing around with this problem since years
