Question Low FPS

Hello,

I have recently built my PC with following specs :
CPU - ryzen 7 5800x
GPU - Galax RTX 3070
Mobo - Asus ROG b550-f
AIO - Corsair H115i rgb pro xt
Ram - 16gb Corsair Vengeance

I have tried the game COD Warzone which resulted in average of 90 fps (1920x1080). And that is for any settings - low, medium , ultra. Sometimes it goes to as low as 60-70fps.
My other pc with 1070ti gives me 70 fps at the same video settings. And my GPU (3070) usage goes till 70%.
Is it an issue with the drivers or is it all normal?
