165 g sync asus 1080p monitor
and all the other games i have run smooth

The mix of some What slower speeds ram, 3600, and a 3060 could be part of the issue. There's a lot of bottlenecks happening here. But not severely that bad. But have you made sure that your chipset drivers and other things are installed?

yes everything is up to date and when i set settings to low i get only 80 100 frames lol which is so low
