Low frames with Good Specs

PC Specs: i5 4590, R9 280 windforce edition, 8gb ram.
I'd also like to add I have the latest AMD drivers

I was playing Chivalry Medieval warfare a game that 2 months ago i could easily run on ultra settings with 60 fps now lagging on any graphics setting i put it on. I've noticed things like this in other games recently such as stuttering in CSGO and less frames than normal.

Does anyone have any possible answers to my problem, and input helps!

Make sure your processor is ok. Check the temps and CPU usage. Also, I'd check your internet speeds. Make sure they aren't too low, and that your latency isn't high.
