Question Low gpu and cpu usage when playing games or doing anything intensive

I know for a fact this is software related because ths os was corrupted so i recently formatted it and i started having this issue(valorant is a cpu demanding game)
i have an i7- 6700k and a gtx 1050
i have been playing this game in the 180 240 fps margin
can you guys recommend what should i do

Doesn't look like your CPU is boosting. Stuck at 800MHz. Temps might be too high, or some power saving something is on? Your game shot also shows 30FPS, so look at Vsync and the like. Both in the game and the drivers.

that's what i discovered too
temps are okay around 40 to 50
the fps isn't stuck at 30 it reaches 90 80 and drops a lot
