Question Low gpu and cpu usage with cyberpunk 2077

So this is a new build, works fine. but when i try and play cyberpunk 2077, usage is really low, about 20% and i only get like 45-60fps
drivers are up to date, cpu is not the bottleneck, tried all different types of settings but to no avail
anyone know whats up?

with your specs 45fps is correct at 1440p ultra, enable dlss to go above 60fps or switch to 1080p

but with only 20% gpu usage?
and 45fps at low, medium, high, and ultra? all the settings result in 45fps with 20% gpu usage roughly

probably your monitoring software showing it incorrectly
