Low gpu usage high cpu usage high ram usage and low fps in Games

Hello i have gt620m core i5 and 4gigs of ram in my laptop the problem is that my gpu usage is only 50℅ or below while cpu usage is 99℅ ( 86°c) and i get low fps this problem is with almost all games in gta 5 my ram usage is 3500 out if 4 gig and i get 20 to 15 fps

So i have 2 questions
1: why is gpu usage so low and cpu is high
2: and if upgrading ram would fix lag because high ram is used

The asnwer is simple, your notebook is not made for gaming and 20 fps in gta v is about the right number how it should obtain.

I had that problem too. I'll tell you couple of solutions but which them will work for you i'm not sure.

1) Turn off your Windows tips.
Windows 10 -> Press Windows + I --> System --> Notifications & actions --> "Show me tips about Windows" change with OFF.

2) Disable Windows Search.
Press Windows + R --> Write services.msc --> Look for Windows Search and disable it.

Edit: Ohh, you try to play GTA V with low-specs laptop. So you can't play.
