Question Low GPU usage in Dying light 2

UPDATE: Switched to 32gb 3600mhz kit. Both CPU and GPU usage are now locked at 78%.

I have a Evga rtx 3080 ftw3 and I'm getting 50-60% usage in dying light 2. I play at 1440p dlss quality with mostly high setting, excluding rt reflections and flashlight. FPS hovers around 40-60.
I have had the same kind of problem in some other games but haven't found a fix.

Ryzen 5 5600x
Hyperx 16gb ddr4 2666mhz
Asus X570-F
Evga rtx 3080 ftw3
Samsung 1tb 970 evo
Evga 850W supernova

What are the symptoms other than low GPU usage? Do you see any other changes observed in task manager when the problem occurs?

Thanks for the answer! I did some gameplay with task manager open and noticed that ram usage was very high. Only about 2gb were left unused. Could that be the problem? I also noticed that if i enabled more raytracing options my GPU usage raised without fps dropping much. The same thing happens with CP2077

There is probably no way to be sure about the RAM, other than increasing it.

Yeah just ordered 32gb 3600mhz kit. Do you have any other guesses what could be the problem?

I suspect the ram being the culprit here, most modern titles require 32gb when running on higher graphics settings and Ryzen takes advantage of higher memory speeds.

There is probably no way to be sure about the RAM, other than increasing it.

RAM upgrade helped a bit but now both my CPU and GPU are locked at 78% when in gameplay. Never goes beyond that.
