Question Low gpu usage in games

I am facing low gpu usage issue in games.
Added a new gpu yesterday.
I played GTAV and Warfighter and all barely hit 100% on extreme settings but fps seemed fine. Cpu cores weren't hitting 100 and hits 80 sometimes.
I play at 768p.
My Specs are :

• R5 2400g
• 1050ti Asus
• AX370-Gaming
• 2x8gb Crucial 2400 oc'd to 2666
• 1xWd Blue and 1xEvo 250Gb
• 5x CM Case Fans Red Led plus 1x CPU Cooler
• Corsair CX450 80+Bronze
• LG Monitor LED 768p HDMI

You are likely not going to see high GPU usage unless playing something at high enough resolution and quality settings to max out the framebuffer of the GTX1050Ti; the 1050Ti is realistically really only a 1080P gaming card, so, so you will never see 100% GPU usage, and, certainly not with an R5-2400G....

If you feel better about certain high GPU usage numbers, and simply must have them, you can always max out quality, and AA/AF settings, and/or, play at 1440P, but, 10-15 fps is most games is less than ideal for many
